Woodway Energy Infrastructure Appoints Jorge Lopez as Vice President of Business Development

HOUSTON, Texas – October 27, 2026 – Woodway Energy Infrastructure LLC (“Woodway”), a leading developer, owner and operator of intrastate natural gas pipelines and related energy infrastructure assets, today announced the appointment of Jorge Lopez as Vice President of Business Development. In his new role, Mr. Lopez will focus on expanding Woodway’s customer relationships and identifying opportunities to develop natural gas infrastructure serving power generators, data centers, utilities and other energy-intensive industries.

Mr. Lopez brings nearly 15 years of experience in commercial development, engineering and customer solutions across the power generation, energy technology and industrial gas sectors. Prior to joining Woodway, he held commercial and project development positions with leading energy and industrial gas companies including Siemens Energy and Air Liquide. At Siemens Energy, he led business development initiatives focused on expanding the company’s participation in the North American data center market, building relationships with major developers and positioning power generation technologies and solutions to support large-scale projects.

“Jorge brings an exceptional combination of technical knowledge, commercial experience and customer relationships that will strengthen our ability to originate and execute new infrastructure opportunities,” said Russell Shriver, Chief Commercial Officer of Woodway Energy Infrastructure. “His experience working with power generators, data center developers and other large energy consumers will be valuable as Woodway expands its platform and develops customized infrastructure solutions for customers with growing and increasingly complex energy needs.”

Mr. Lopez’s background spans power generation equipment, grid technologies, hydrogen energy and integrated energy solutions. He has worked with customers to evaluate generation technologies, navigate complex project requirements and develop practical solutions that align energy supply with operational needs. This experience will support Woodway’s efforts to identify opportunities where natural gas infrastructure can enable new generation development, improve fuel supply reliability and help advance critical energy projects.

“Woodway is well positioned to support the growing investment in power generation and energy-intensive infrastructure,” said Mr. Lopez. “As customers make significant investments in new generation assets and evaluate how best to secure the fuel infrastructure necessary, Woodway has the ability to develop customized, last-mile natural gas solutions that create meaningful opportunities to bring these projects to market. I look forward to working with our customers and partners to translate their energy requirements into executable infrastructure projects that support reliable operations and long-term growth.”

Mr. Lopez holds a Master of Business Administration from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
