Assets & Projects

We are a midstream infrastructure company that develops, builds, acquires, expands, owns, and operates demand-pull natural gas infrastructure for local distribution gas service providers, electric power generators, and industrial gas consumers, across the United States.

Woodway Bluebonnet Replacement Project

Approximately 140 miles of mainly 6" diameter intrastate high-pressure gas transmission pipeline traversing Bastrop, Colorado, Lee, Fayette, and Lavaca Counties.
